• Cash on delivery (COD) is available only for customers from Shillong region.

• Upon receiving your order, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video as evidence to qualify for our exchange policy. This ensures a smooth and transparent process for all exchanges.

Exchange Policy:

Our exchange policy applies strictly under the following conditions: if the product is damaged, does not fit, is unsatisfactory in quality, or if you receive an incorrect item. Please note that exchange requests must be initiated immediately upon delivery; requests made thereafter will not be accepted.
